Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Courses — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Not what you expected? No problem. If you’re unsatisfied with a course for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll give you a full refund. No hoops, no questionnaires.

  • —How: Email support@lipedemaclinic.org with your name and the course you purchased
  • —Timeframe: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • —After 14 days: Course purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law

Physical Products (Supplements & Merchandise)

Faulty, damaged, or not as described? We’ll replace it or refund you — that’s your right under the Consumer Guarantees Act and we take it seriously. Just get in touch within a reasonable time of discovering the issue and we’ll sort it out.

Changed your mind? If the product is unopened and unused, return it within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product cost (you’ll need to cover return shipping). We can’t accept returns on opened supplements for health and safety reasons.

Never arrived? If your order hasn’t shown up within a reasonable time, contact us and we’ll either resend it or refund you.


Live Events

If you can’t make a live event you’ve paid for separately, let us know before the event and we’ll do our best to get you access to the recording. Once the event has taken place, fees for standalone live events are non-refundable.

Live Q&A sessions included with a course purchase are covered by the course refund policy above.


How to Request a Refund

Email support@lipedemaclinic.org with:

  • —Your name
  • —What you purchased
  • —The reason for your request (a sentence is fine — we’re not going to interrogate you)

We aim to respond within 2 business days.


Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If we’ve supplied a product or service that doesn’t meet the consumer guarantees, you’re entitled to a remedy regardless of what this policy says.
